BioChain's formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue section line encompasses a large selection of tissue sections which are suitable for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization assays. The tissue sections are approximately 5 um thick. Each slide contains tissue from a single human tumor. Documentation of tissues' clinical histories may be available upon request. For those customers who want to perform FFPE DNA and RNA isolation, BioChain can provide tissue section slices in tubes instead of mounting them on glass slides.

5 doses of 10 µg/kg total body weight of Neupogen (filgrastim) are administered on each of 5 consecutive days and two 240ug/kg total body weight doses of Mozobil(plerixafor) are also administered on the 4th and 5th day prior to collection. Leukapheresis is performed on the day of the 5th administration and the following day* using the Spectra Optia Apheresis System. Mononuclear cell-rich blood is continuously collected using ACD-A as an anticoagulant. Approximately 120mL of autologous plasma is combined with apheresed cells. The product is filled to deliver a nominal 290mL and is shipped in a 300mL transfer bag. Total nucleated cells (TNC) in our fresh Neupogen/Mozobil-mobilized leukapheresis products are composed of, on average, 1.3% CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Actual TNC concentration and CD34+ percentage vary based on donors’ response to mobilization and from collection to collection.

Upon ligand-induced receptor activation, β-Arrestin-2 is recruited to the activated GPCR and the resulting CHRM2-arrestin complex is internalized to the early endosome, leading to production of EFC signal.
